We are looking for a driven sales professional to accelerate growth by developing new and existing strategic customer and partner relationships in the building technology sector.

The Role
This is a broad, strategic commercial role in which you will work with both existing and new customers and partners.
Initially, a significant part of your focus will be on activating and developing existing partner relationships while identifying new opportunities across the market. At the same time, you will work proactively to open doors with new customers and develop long-term business relationships.
You will help customers understand how Kiona's solutions can create value for their business and support them throughout the sales journey, from initial discussions through implementation to future growth opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and grow relationships with strategic customers and partners
Activate existing partner networks and identify new partner opportunities
Generate and develop new business opportunities in the Finnish market
Lead customer discussions and identify business needs and improvement opportunities
Present Kiona's solutions and articulate their business benefits
Work with technical and product specialists to create customer value
Drive solution sales across Kiona's portfolio
Manage opportunities from first contact through closing and account development
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Contribute to Kiona's continued growth and expansion in Finland
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a proactive and self-driven commercial professional who enjoys building relationships, solving customer challenges, and creating new opportunities.
We hope you have:
Several years of experience in building automation, smart buildings, energy management, HVAC, PropTech, and/or related technical industries
Experience in account management, business development and executing the whole sales cycle
A strong commercial mindset and ability to identify growth opportunities
Experience working with partners, distributors, integrators, or indirect sales channels
Ideally, experience in SaaS or solution sales
Ability to communicate with both technical and commercial stakeholders
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
A solution-oriented and consultative sales approach
Fluency in Finnish and professional English skills
