I am a Senior Headhunter & Recruitment Lead here at IE. I joined the company back in 2019 and have had a chance to work with various exciting clients, markets, and roles across Europe. As a Recruitment Lead, my responsibilities include continuous improvement of our recruitment processes, looking after quality and performance metrics as well as conversion rates, and reporting to the management. At work I find joy in meeting new people, listening to candidates talking about their careers, finding out about our clients’ interesting projects and businesses, contributing to company culture and the atmosphere at the office as well as mentoring and onboarding new colleagues. ✨

Outside the office, I enjoy exploring the world of food and wine, going through new recipes, cooking, as well as documenting my culinary adventures on Instagram! 🍝🍷📸 Sports, especially spinning, keep me active, and I consume a lot of audiobooks and political and news-related podcasts. 🎧 Museums, art, and occasional painting sessions also provide me a break from the everyday grind. 👩🏼‍🎨
