Purpose
The Director of IT & Applications is responsible for the strategic leadership and management of both ICEYE's Enterprise IT applications and integrations, as well as the core business applications and data analytics functions.

For this role, we are seeking an experienced and versatile leader with in-depth knowledge of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM), data strategy, and a proven track record in IT service management and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will ensure that ICEYE's technology landscape is robust, scalable, and fully aligned with ICEYE's business goals, while fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute an IT Applications strategy aligned with business goals.

• Lead and develop teams across infrastructure, integrations, service delivery, and business applications.

• Partner with management to address business needs through integrated technology solutions.

• Ensure tools, processes, and resources meet evolving requirements.

IT Service & Operations

• Oversee delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable IT services and infrastructure.

• Manage IT Service Desk operations, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.

• Drive continuous improvement through ITIL best practices.

Business Applications & Process

• Lead the strategy and optimization of ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.

• Evaluate and implement new applications to support business growth.

• Streamline and automate business processes with clear documentation and integration.

Data & Analytics

• Develop and maintain a company-wide data and analytics strategy.

• Oversee data platforms, ETL pipelines, and reporting systems.

• Promote data-driven decisions while ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Lead IT and application projects within scope, time, and budget.

• Manage stakeholders, vendors, contracts, and budgets effectively.
  

Background and requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a senior IT management role, with proven leadership in a complex, international environment.
• Deep understanding of business processes and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
• Strong technical knowledge in network infrastructure, systems management, and IT operations.
• Demonstrated experience with data analytics, data warehousing, and visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience leading large-scale, cross-functional IT projects.
• Experience in IT vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget management.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
