Requirements:

• University degree in relevant field (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Software Engineering, Physics or similar)
• Experience (or strong interest, for more junior roles) in hardware, software, embedded systems, analysis, or production depending on role
• Skills in simulation, modelling, CAD, thermal/structural tools, embedded programming etc.
• Strong problem solving and ability to work in teams across disciplines
• (For onsite/hardware roles) willingness to work in lab / cleanroom / production environments
• Good communication skills in English; Finnish language skills are a plus (but not always required)
