Purpose
As a Sales Manager, you will be working in the field — travelling from one customer to another — to build and grow the local market for Rex Nordic’s heater product line. This is a hands-on, door-to-door sales role focused on creating a strong network of dealers and resellers. You'll be showcasing products directly to potential partners, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships to increase sales and strengthen brand visibility.
We are looking for several Sales Managers for different regions:
- Slovakia, responsible for the Slovakian market
- Czech Republic, responsible for the Czech market
- Italy, responsible for the Southern Italian market
- Italy, responsible for the North-Eastern Italian market
- Italy, responsible for the Central Italian market.
- Germany (ideally in Baden-Württemberg), responsible for the Swiss market
- Germany (ideally in Bavaria), responsible for the Austrian market
Responsibilities
- Manage, develop and expand a local dealer network for Rex Nordic's products.
- Acquire new customers and actively maintain relationships with current ones.
- Organize and conduct product demonstrations using company-provided tools.
- Take ownership of your market area and sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets (dealer acquisition, meetings, and sales volume).
- Work independently in a field-based role supported by the international HQ team
Background & Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally with technical or industrial products.
- Proven track record in dealer or reseller network development.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
- Self-driven, structured, and motivated by achieving goals.
- Excellent communication skills in the local language and basic English for internal use
- Valid driving license; willing to travel within the dedicated region.
