Le département d’Asset Management de Neoen est à la recherche d’un Asset Manager – Solar H/F. Rattaché.e au Leader Asset Management France ; l’Asset Manager gérera toutes les dimensions de l'exploitation et de la maintenance d'un groupe d'actifs solaires, conformément à la direction stratégique de Neoen et dans le but de maintenir la plus grande valeur des actifs grâce à la maximisation de leurs revenus générés et au maintien de leur capacité opérationnelle dans le temps.
Par conséquent, l’Asset Manager supervisera tous les aspects de la performance des actifs, que ce soit d'un point de vue technique, financier, corporatif et de responsabilité sociale.
Responsabilités
- Maximiser la production et la rentabilité des actifs de la centrale pour atteindre ou dépasser le business plan, minimiser les temps d'arrêt et maximiser l'efficacité.
- Surveiller la performance des centrales grâce à des indicateurs de performance adéquats et détecter et résoudre les problèmes sur une base quotidienne, hebdomadaire et mensuelle.
- Suivre et calculer les pertes de la centrale sur une base quotidienne/ hebdomadaire/ mensuelle.
- Mettre en œuvre des plans d'action correctifs.
- Surveiller les réalisations par rapport au budget et expliquer les différences.
- Superviser les contrats O&M et consultants externes impliqués dans les activités O&M.
- S'assurer que les actifs opèrent conformément aux obligations contractuelles des contrats O&M et que les objectifs de performance sont atteints.
- Surveiller les éléments de la punch list construction.
- S'assurer que les objectifs environnementaux et de santé & sécurité au travail sont respectés.
- Gérer la conformité des actifs requise par les autorités.
- Gérer les contrats d'achat d'électricité (PPA).
- Gérer les relations avec les différentes parties prenantes (acheteur, opérateur réseau, O&M, propriétaires fonciers, prêteurs, communautés locales, etc.).
- Préparer les prévisions budgétaires pour l'O&M et les mettre à jour sur une base mensuelle en fonction des réalisations fournies par le service financier de Neoen.
- Préparer les rapports d'O&M pour les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Engager des réclamations contre les prestataires ou les fabricants si nécessaire.
- Déclarer des réclamations aux assureurs en cas d'incident et assurer le suivi.
- Gérer toute réclamation éventuelle de tiers.
- Aider l'équipe de développement à mettre en place des solutions d'O&M et à négocier des accords d'O&M avant la clôture financière des projets futurs.
Parcours et Compétences
- Titulaire d’un diplôme en ingénierie (processus / civil / mécanique / électrique / environnement). Des qualifications en Business ou en Gestion de projet sont un plus.
- Environ 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans l'industrie solaire ou éolienne.
- Connaissances pratiques et compréhension des installations et équipements d'énergie renouvelable (tels que équipements électriques, installations auxiliaires et infrastructures haute tension).
- Expérience en gestion de contrats. Idéalement, connaissance des contrats PPA.
- Connaissances à jour des exigences en matière de santé, sécurité et environnement (HSE).
- Compétences en dépannage et résolution de problèmes, ainsi qu'une capacité à être techniquement innovant.
- Excellentes compétences en communication avec capacité à interagir efficacement avec un large éventail de parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Compétences en leadership et en supervision.
- Compétences en planification et en organisation.
- Maîtrise de MS Office et idéalement des systèmes informatisés de gestion de la maintenance.
- De nature autonome avec volonté de prendre des responsabilités.
- Capacité à se déplacer sur les sites en France et occasionnellement à l'international.
- Titulaire du permis de conduire.
- Maîtrise de l'Anglais et du Français

Neoen's Asset Management Department is looking for a Solar Asset Manager who will report to the Asset Management Leader in France. The Asset Manager will manage all Operation and Maintenance dimensions of a group of solar assets, in line with Neoen’s strategic direction and in view of maintaining the highest value of the assets thanks to the maximization of their generated revenue and maintaining their operation capability over time.
Consequently, the Asset Manager needs to oversee all the aspects relevant to the assets' performance, either from their technical, financial, corporate and social responsibility perspective.
Responsibilities
- Maximize assets' production and profitability of the power plant to meet or exceed the business plan, minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Monitor the power plants' performance through adequate KPIs and detect and resolve issues on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Track and calculate plant losses on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Implement corrective action plans.
- Monitor the actuals versus budget and explain the differences.
- Supervise Operation and Maintenance contractors and external consultants involved in the O&M activities.
- Ensure that the assets are operating per the contractual obligations of the O&M contractors and that O&M performance targets are achieved.
- Monitor Construction punch list items.
- Ensure Workplace Health & Safety and Environmental objectives are achieved.
- Manage the compliance of the assets and the mitigation measures required by the authorities.
- Manage the PPA contracts.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders (off-taker, grid operator, O&M contractor, landowners, lenders, local communities etc...).
- Prepare the budget forecasts for the O&M and update them on a monthly basis based on actuals provided by Neoen’s finance department.
- Prepare O&M reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Initiate claims against contractors or manufacturers if necessary.
- Declare claims to insurers in case of an incident and ensure follow-up.
- Handle any possible third-party claims.
- Assist the Development team in setting up O&M solutions and negotiate O&M agreements before the financial close of future projects.
Requirements & Skills:
- Degree in engineering (process / civil / mechanical / electrical / environment). Additional Business or Project management qualifications are a plus.
- Around 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally within the solar or wind industry.
- Working knowledge and understanding of renewable energy plants and equipment (such as electrical equipment, auxiliary plant and high voltage infrastructure).
- Contract management experience. Ideally knowledge of PPA agreements.
- Up-to-date knowledge of HSE requirements.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and an ability to be technically innovative.
- Excellent communication and liaison skills with an ability to effectively interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Leadership and supervisory skills.
- Effective planning and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ideally in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- An autonomous person with a willingness to take responsibility.
- Ability to travel to the sites in France and occasionally internationally.
- Driving license.
