What kind of responsibilities could you expect?

Depending on the project and position, responsibilities may include:

• Managing and coordinating major construction activities and project work packages.

• Overseeing contractors, subcontractors and engineering partners.

• Monitoring project schedules, budgets, quality, safety and delivery milestones.

• Coordinating interfaces between civil, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines.

• Identifying project risks, resolving construction challenges and driving progress on site.

• Managing communication between stakeholders, contractors and project teams.

• Supporting project delivery from early construction through completion and handover.

What kind of background are we looking for?

• Proven project management experience within large-scale construction, industrial, energy or infrastructure projects.

• Strong understanding of project execution, contractor management, scheduling and cost control.

• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and complex project interfaces.

• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in international project environments.

• Professional working proficiency in English.

• Willingness to work on-site in Finland, including relocation where required.

Experience in data centre construction is highly valued, but candidates from major industrial plants, power generation, manufacturing facilities and international EPC projects are equally encouraged to apply.
