They are looking for a driven Account Manager to accelerate the growth of Kiona’s Edge platform in Poland. You will take a leading role in winning new customers, expanding their presence in the real estate and building operations market and helping shape their commercial success in a small, high‑ownership team.

Responsibilities
Drive New Business: Identify, engage, and win new customers for the Edge platform, managing the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement.
Solution Selling: Understand customer challenges in building operations and energy performance, and deliver tailored, value-driven proposals.
Grow Accounts: Turn initial wins into multi-building rollouts and uncover additional opportunities within existing clients.
Collaborate & Own: Work closely with delivery, customer success, and product teams while operating with autonomy and structure in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Background and Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, PropTech, HVAC/BMS, energy services, Real Estate or similar).
A hunter with an entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive for new business.
Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, simple terms.
Strong relationship-building skills at operational and management level.
Comfortable working in a lean team with high individual responsibility.

Fluent Polish and professional English.
