Its portfolio of software solutions connects to existing building systems, enabling real-time insights, control, and scalable optimisation across complex environments.
With a strong presence across Northern Europe, Kiona is expanding into France and is seeking a driven Key Account Manager to lead strategic commercial initiatives, drive growth, and build lasting relationships with key accounts.

Responsibilities
Drive New Business: Identify, engage, and win new customers for Kiona’s solutions, managing the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement.
Drive Revenue & Growth: Execute initiatives that increase market share, customer retention, and overall revenue.
Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize the value of Kiona’s SaaS solutions.
Budget Ownership: Take responsibility for assigned product budgets, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
Collaborate & Lead: Partner with internal teams, share best practices, support onboarding, and contribute to team development while operating autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Market Representation: Represent Kiona at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
Background and Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, digitalization, PropTech, HVAC/BMS, energy services, or similar).
Entrepreneurial hunter mindset with a strong drive for new business.
Strong relationship-building skills at operational and management level.
Proven ability to work independently and lead initiatives that deliver measurable value.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle management, and retention strategies.
Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, simple terms.
Fluent French and professional English.
