Kiona | Account Manager
We are looking for a driven Account Manager to grow Kiona Edge in Germany: win new customers, tackle energy and building challenges, and turn every opportunity into long-term partnerships.

By connecting to sensors and control systems, Edge gathers real-time data, delivers tailored control strategies for each property, and provides actionable insights across an entire portfolio. The platform helps building owners and operators reduce energy consumption, enhance comfort, and drive smarter, data-driven decisions.
They are looking for a driven Account Manager to accelerate the growth of Kiona’s Edge platform in Germany. You will take a leading role in winning new customers, expanding their presence in the real-estate and building operations market and helping shape their commercial success in a small, high‑ownership team.

Responsibilities
Drive New Business: Identify, engage, and win new customers for the Edge platform, managing the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement.
Solution Selling: Understand customer challenges in building operations and energy performance, and deliver tailored, value-driven proposals.
Grow Accounts: Turn initial wins into multi-building rollouts and uncover additional opportunities within existing clients.
Collaborate & Own: Work closely with delivery, customer success, and product teams while operating with autonomy, structure, and accountability in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Background and Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, PropTech, HVAC/BMS, energy services, Real Estate or similar).
A hunter with an entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive for new business.
Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, simple terms.
Strong relationship-building skills at operational and management level.
Comfortable working in a lean team with high individual responsibility.
Fluent German and professional English.
