Purpose of the Role

As Project Manager – Data Centers, you are responsible for the technical, operational, and financial execution of assigned data center projects. You lead project teams and ensure delivery in accordance with contractual requirements, project schedules, safety standards, and profitability targets.

The role offers a flexible location. Most projects are based in Southern, Western, Eastern, or Central Finland. Ideally, you are located near one of Eltel Network’s offices, which are spread across the country, to facilitate collaboration and site visits.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Manage and lead project teams, including own personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure availability of required resources, competencies, and training.

• Execute projects in line with the project-specific Project Management Plan (PMP) and Eltel’s Project Excellence framework.

• Manage project schedules, risks, changes, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure compliance with HSSEQ requirements and contractual obligations.

• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring delivery quality and schedules.

• Maintain close cooperation with customer representatives.

• Manage project financial performance, including cost control, invoicing, and gross margin forecasting.

• Experience managing infrastructure, construction, or technical projects.
