Our client, a leading global construction consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver large-scale data center projects in Finland, Denmark, and Sweden. This is an opportunity to join a team that partners with top hyperscaler clients across Europe. 

Location: This role can be based in Finland, or Sweden, or Denmark

Responsibilities

• Serve as an on-site leader, providing strong visibility, overseeing project progress, and promoting a culture of safety and best practices.

• Coordinate with client, consultant, and contractor teams to manage snagging and completion activities, ensuring effective scheduling and stakeholder alignment.

• Anticipate and address project challenges proactively, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and practical solutions.

• Drive and oversee key project processes, partnering closely with clients to refine workflows, implement improvements, and ensure alignment with objectives.

• Lead and participate in critical project meetings to monitor performance, facilitate problem-solving, and clearly communicate progress and impacts to stakeholders.

• Uphold and enforce established project procedures, ensuring full compliance and consistency across all phases of delivery.

Profile and Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects - hyperscale data centers experience strongly preferred

• Skilled in client/contractor/vendor management, RFPs, bidding, and change orders.

• Excellent communication skills

• Consultative approach and confidence in decision making

• Ability to manage diverse teams and client relationships effectively.

• Demonstrate leadership and resilience in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
