AESC is looking for a SAP Engineer to join their IT department in their new Gigafactory based in Douai, Hauts-de-France.
AESC is now looking for an experienced SAP Engineer to support the implementation and development. The SAP Engineer will be the referent France SAP S/4HANA for Production/ warehouse/ sales modules (MM/PP/SD/EWM). As a key player for the proper functioning of the site, and in connection with the various internal and multi-country departments, the SAP Engineer will support the deployment of the standard core model on the Douai site. This core model is developed by the Japanese and Chinese central teams for all global production sites.
Responsibilities • Supervise the deployment led by the selected integrator by ensuring regular reporting of progress and any non-conformities • Ensure the coordination of this deployment with your international counterparts and ensure the fluidity of exchanges between the various actors • Ensure that the interfaces relating to the various systems connected to SAP (MES, EDI, PLM, etc.) are taken into account. • Ensure that the additional developments are well adapted to local needs • Ensure the proper execution of the tests and qualification of the system • Supervise the implementation of the post-deployment support structure • Prepare the user handling of the new system and ensure the proper application of the training program • Propose any corrective action likely to guarantee the commissioning schedule • In general, the SAP Engineer will be the local expert referent likely to lead any action to solve the problems encountered or to accompany users.
Background and Skills • Graduate of an engineering school with 6 to 10 years of experience as an SAP Engineer • Experience in international matrix industrial environment • Experience in SAP Production and Sales modules • Ability to translate expressed needs into IT solutions • Ability to discuss and facilitate workshops with international participants • Proficiency in English and French • Autonomous • Decision Making • Problem solving
