  • Committed acquisition of new customers by means of modern sales approaches as well as maintenance and proactive expansion of business relationships with existing customers
  • Establishment of process-oriented customer relationships with the aim of building long-term customer partnerships
  • Analysis of market potential and planning of sales strategies
  • Close and cooperative collaboration with Customer Service and joint further development of customer support as well as continuous improvement of processes



  • Successfully completed commercial or technical training
  • Several years of sales experience in the automotive industry as well as in field sales with proven sales success - preferably in the B2B area
  • Presentation and communication skills as well as a confident handling of the MS-Office package
  • Experience in dealing with CRM systems
  • Pleasure in acquiring new customers
  • Great passion for active, personal selling, coupled with closing confidence
  • Strong customer, success and solution orientation as well as a professional approach to customers
  • High degree of self-organization and flexibility
  • Solid knowledge of English desired
