Our client a global manufacturer of laundry systems is currently seeking a sales office controller to join them in there office in Brescia, Italy.    

Position Scope and Summary:
• Provide support in the field of finance and office administration.

Key activity and responsibilities:
• Handle the accounting from A-Z including, but not limited to, processing invoices, processing all accounting transactions, issuing payments, processing and managing payments received credit collection, reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
• Be responsible for all statutory and tax-related obligations
• Manage the cash flow of the office.
• Take ownership of the financial reporting to Group headquarters, the budgeting and forecasting process, and variance analysis related to the Company.
• Support the sales organisation with the appropriate data and analysis.
• Handle ad-hoc projects
In the field of office administration you will:
• Manage the company’s assets.
• Sort out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
• Set-up, manage and improve administrative processes in line with corporate rules, policies.
• Be compliant with SOX and similar country requirements
• Handle ad-hoc projects

Your profile:
▪ Proven relevant experience.
▪ Fluent in English – Other languages are an asset
▪ IT affinity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel and database management.
▪ Self-starter, able to prioritise and carry out multiple tasks accurately and within deadlines.
▪ Must possess excellent communication skills and be patient, professional and courteous when faced with an adverse situation.
▪ Must be customer oriented, goal oriented, reliable, self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively.
▪ High business involvement
▪ Capable to partner with and challenge his/her peers.
