The Position – Sales Manager, French-speaking

Location - Gothenburg, Sweden or a remote home office in France.

Intelligent Employment are recruiting for a Sales Manager to support business growth in France and the surrounding French speaking region. The Sales Manager will ideally have a background in Solution Selling in an international environment and possess a hunter/challenger profile.


Responsibilities include:

  • Drive sales execution for new customers in accordance with growth targets and develop new accounts in France and the surrounding French-speaking region.
  • Nurture, consult and interact with potential clients in order to generate revenue and drive sales forward.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel to adapt the offer to the local market conditions.
  • Work closely together with colleagues in other parts of the company to meet overall strategy objectives.


Background & Requirements;

  • Native/Fluent in French and Fluent English language skills.
  • A university degree
  • Experience in international solution selling.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales and business development
  • Interest in cutting-edge software services and renewable energy.
  • A positive attitude and a strong ability to build long-term business relationships. 
  • Analytical and results-oriented.
  • A technology enthusiast with an outgoing mindset and great communication skills.
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.
