Delta LED lighting solutions EMEA team started selling branded industrial lighting solutions in 2016. Within these 5 years, the team has managed to make breakthrough developments with numerous references within top tier manufacturers in the heavy industry, manufacturing, and parking market segments.


Purpose - Regional Sales Manager

Due to growth, Delta Group is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for their business unit which offers energy-efficient lighting solutions for industrial companies. Your role is to meet possible new and existing partners and clients and therefore drive the sales development in the DACH region and Poland.

This is a great opportunity to work in a meaningful role where you also have an opportunity to grow into a leadership role. In this role, you are ideally located in Munich.



  • Manage the channel partners in the DACH region and Poland, meeting and taking care of the existing clients.
  • Identifying possible new clients and partners and developing relationships with them.
  • Work together with marketing and Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply.


Background & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of prior consultative selling experience.
  • Ability and prior experience in managing and successfully developing channel partners.
  • Knowledge of industrial markets and/or lighting experience.
  • Capacity to onboard a small but experienced team where you will bring your own experience and knowledge to help us achieve our ambitions.
  • Experience from CRM systems.
  • Ability and readiness to travel (around 50% of the time).
  • Interested in the green economy and driven to make a difference.
  • Passion to build trusted relationships with partners, understanding their business and challenges.



  • Capability to work under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to prioritize.
  • Organised, open-minded, entrepreneurial, and humble.
  • Team player but also capable to work independently.  
  • Fluent English and German, Polish or Czech is a plus.
