We are looking to place an experienced Project Manager within our client's company in AmsterdamThis position will involve the establishment of operating frameworks and the respective teams for the client to meet specified service level agreements (SLAs) with its customers. The service level agreements will apply to different customers across different regions of Europe.

Key Accountabilities of the Project Manager role;

  • Plan and establish projects to ensure that the SLA requirements of its customers can be met
  • Measuring and reporting performance and deliverables of internal support staff, external service partners and other related suppliers
  • It will be the responsibility of the SLA manager to discuss and report quarterly performance with the customer and suppliers
