Your role:

Intelligent Employment is recruiting for a Project Engineer who will ensure the definition and implementation of the design projects phases for wind power plants. The Project Engineer will manage, coordinate and control internal and/or external specialist engineers and engineer services, providing the necessary support to the Business Developer or the Project Manager on resolving engineering issues, ensuring the compliance with the project objectives.

The Project Engineer will be the accountable of the design of the project, from feasibility phase to as-built design and handover to Operation & Maintenance department.

The Project Engineer will lead also Due Diligence process for projects under development, ready to build or already in operation (M&A – Merge & Acquisition process).

The Project Engineer is accountable for leading the preparation and review of Purchasing Technical Specification for equipment/materials or services.


 We would like to hear from you if you meet the following requirements:


  • Engineering degree: Preferred Civil or Electrical.
  • Detailed knowledge of Wind Design Technology and development in Germany (feasibility study, basic engineering, executive engineering, capex and time schedule).
  • Fluent English and German, and experienced technical document writer in both languages.
  • Knowledge of informatics: Microsoft Office suite with advanced use of Excel. Microsoft Project. Intermediate use of AutoCAD. GIS and SAP are a plus.
  • Team working and problem-solving attitude
  • Focalization on goals and time schedule respect
  • A managerial approach to the process involved
  • At least 5 years of International experience in Engineering & Construction Company related to Energy Sector;
  • At least 3 years in German wind value chain (manufacturing or development or construction or operation);
  • 2 years of experience in a wind-farm O&M team (commissioning or troubleshooting or scheduled maintenance) would be appreciated
