Our Client

The client is an ambitious and fast-growing European group of companies. Specialising in the distribution and conversion of innovative solutions for thermal insulation, high-temperature insulation, passive fire protection and acoustic insulation. The client sells to customers who are installers, international contractors, wholesalers and manufacturers in a wide range of industries and markets. With a yearly turnover of approximately € 300 million and employs 750 people in total.

Location: Belgium

The Position: Online Digital Marketeer

Key Accountabilities:

  • Together with the digital marketing team you plan and execute online marketing campaigns
  • You support the local group entities concerning SEO/SEA optimization and update their  websites & shops (including adding content via CMS)
  • You plan, organize and support the execution of digital marketing campaigns through the different channels: e-mailing, social media and Google Adwords
  • You analyse results and make recommendations for optimization and conversion
  • You closely follow new trends and developments in the field of digital marketing and translate these into interesting opportunities
  • Writing short copy and small graphics tasks
  • Coming up with creative posts for social media channels

Qualification & Education:

  • A relevant bachelor or master degree, preferably marketing or communication
  • Minimal 3-5 years’ experience as an online marketer in a B2B environment (marketing automation, Google Ads, SEO optimization)


  • A profound knowledge of Google Adwords, social media advertising, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO and e-mail marketing (Mailchimp/Sharpspring)
  • You are familiar with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
  • Experience with CMS systems (Drupal) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and autonomous but with the necessary team-spirit
  • Analytical mindset and strong orientation to detail
  • Hands-on self-starter
  • Result-driven, you drive appropriate and effective solutions
  • Excellent planning skills with the ability to set the right priorities and meet deadlines
  • Drive for excellence
  • Willing to travel on an occasional basis (approx. 10-20%)
