THE POSITION

Kraftpojkarna are seeking an ambitious, driven and entrepreneurial-minded Key Account Manager to maximize existing revenue channels as well as drive new business throughout the Finnish Energy Sector. You will be involved in a broad range of commercial activities, from mapping the market and identifying opportunities to sales execution as well as growing the relationships and revenue streams from existing customers. Day-to-day tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Map, monitor and create business opportunities as well as maintain client/partner relationships
  • Represent Kraftpojkarna, carry out client visits and manage negotiations
  • Create new business opportunities and conditions for additional sales
  • Prepare and present quotations and agreements
  • Develop sales strategies, business opportunities and product portfolio with the Sales Manager and the Marketing Manager based in Sweden
  • Create a basis for operational, strategic and tactical meetings
  • Attend trade fairs and customer training

 

BACKGROUND & REQUIREMENTS

  • Around 5 years of work experience in sales and business development, preferably from solar energy systems, energy storage systems and/or electric vehicle charging infrastructure
  • Excellent negotiating skills and techniques
  • Sales oriented and proactive personality with great relationship building skills
  • Great communication and decision-making skills
  • Excellent ability to express yourself in Finnish as well as in English
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience in quotation and agreement negotiations.

Law studies/knowledge, existing networks in the market and Swedish language skills are a plus
