We have an HR Generalist position vacancy based in Barcelona. The HR Generalist acts as a coach and business partner to leaders and employees across a defined region and client groups. A successful HR Generalist will build trusted partnerships with leaders and their teams to provide support and consultation in the key disciplines of Human Resources, deliver a high level of value-added service, and act as a champion for positive change.
Key Accountabilities of the HR Generalist role;
- Guide, counsel and administer the performance management process from goal setting to annual review. They will ensure teams are appropriately trained on the overall process as well as program changes.
- Engage with hiring managers on staffing plans as well as participate in interview and selection teams to assess talent to hire
- Taking a lead in the implementation of HR programs and processes and ensure consistent application across the organization
- Partner with HR peers, Legal, Payroll and other functional teams to ensure a comprehensive and holistic employee-centric and legally compliant approach to HR processes
