In Finland, Valorem is currently involved in several projects (+500 MW under development and 70 MW under construction).



Valorem is hiring a Project Manager to supervise the development of our wind portfolio in Finland. The Project Manager will be involved from early-stage development into the construction phase.

The position is located in Vantaa, Finland.


  • Monitoring of the Development of renewable energy projects, including LLA & permitting process
  • Coordination to reach financial close. Participation in the construction phase of the wind farm.
  • Optimize the projects to reach the lowest LCOE in relation with all the parties involved including turbine manufacturers, wind engineers, BOP contractors, …
  • Technical and regulatory guidance for permit applications of renewable energy projects.
  • Undertakes written and oral communications with the relevant authorities and management of external third parties to carry out studies, as part of the authorization processes.
  • Capable to manage a portfolio of several renewable energy projects.
  • Identifies, mobilizes and manages the necessary resources, internal and/or external, around the projects within the given deadlines.



  •  B.S. in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering required with minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the Renewable Energy sector in Finland (Wind)
  • Highly skilled in project management and technical design
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as government regulations, legal, engineering documents, maps and various manuals
  • Languages: Finnish & English essential. Fluency in French is an asset.
