Intelligent Employment are recruiting for a Customer Service & Sales Support specialist to support with new sales as well as offer world class service to existing customers.

Your role:

  • Support a set of on-line accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and consistently high-quality manner;
  • Track and report on inventory levels on-site, at sales partners and contract manufacturer (CM) and ensure orders are placed in a timely fashion;
  • Promptly and effectively respond to requests via email, phone or online media;
  • Provide great customer service and relay product and service information within team;
  • Identify and track product and service issues to resolution;
  • Provide customer education and training
  • Maintain online product knowledge base, FAQs, videos, and other self-help tools

 We would like to hear from you if you meet the following requirements:

  • Passion for electrifying transportation
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) skills and positive “can do” attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and adjust quickly to changing priorities
  • Knowledge MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Native German proficiency, fluent English

Language requirements: Fluency in German and English
