Our client a line of SmartGrid-ready EV charging stations with world-class grid management and user-facing control features, managed through their cloud-based platform.


THE POSITION – Customer Service Associate

Intelligent Employment are recruiting for a Customer Support Associate focused on providing support to the head of country operations in running the customer support function to guarantee seamless product logistics and customer service. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of working with on-line channels, e.g., be able to work independently with limited supervision and be passionate about providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities include:

·       Promptly and effectively respond to requests via email, phone or online media;

·       Provide great customer service and relay product and service information within team;

·       Identify and track product and service issues to resolution;

·       Assist buying prospects by skillfully answering product and service questions;

·       Maintain customer records and update CRM and other system information;

·       Provide customer education and training

·       Maintain online product knowledge base, FAQs, videos, and other self-help tools



·       Manage a set of online accounts to achieve long-term success

·       Report on the status of accounts and transactions

·       Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and consistently high-quality manner;

·       Track and report on inventory levels on-site;

·       Ensure inventory is kept up to required levels, e.g. at Amazon and other resellers


Background & Requirements;

·       Passion for electrifying transportation

·       Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience

·       Experience with managing product inventories a plus

·       Excellent communication (written and oral) skills

·       An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time

·       Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude

·       Ability to multitask

·       Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities

·       Positive “can do” attitude

·       BS or equivalent degree in CS, EE, business or similar preferred

·       Knowledge MS Office (MS Excel in particular)

·       Native German proficiency, fluent English, other languages are a plus
