Products include water-based and straight oil coolants for metal cutting and grinding, as well as formulations for numerous other types of metalworking applications such as cleaning and forming. Sales and distribution take place through its own sales branches in various European countries as well as through a Distributor network. They are continuously building their reputation by supplying added value with high-quality products together with high-level product application expertise.


Role and Responsibilities

The Sales Branch manager is responsible for managing the local Branch, maintaining and growing the local business. Besides managing and coordinating day-to-day business, responsibilities include managing, coordinating, building and developing the local team and business as well as ensuring compliance with local legislation and other applicable regulations and requirements.

The Sales Branch Manager reports directly to the Managing Director.

Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to:              

  • Creating and supporting new business and sales opportunities
  • Visiting Customers, Prospects and Distributors, creating new opportunities for growth
  • Negotiating local contracts and agreements, managing existing business including (direct and indirect) customer relationships
  • Implementing marketing & sales techniques and methodologies
  • Developing an annual sales and growth plan for each sales area
  • Initiating and organizing sales activities
  • Developing, monitoring and maintaining annual sales plan and budget
  • Providing proactive commercial and marketing support to head office initiatives
  • Managing and coaching Local Sales and Technical team
  • Manage agreed geographical area (territory)


Knowledge and Experience


  • Degree in Chemical or Technical Engineering
  • Several years of successful commercial experience in a value selling B2B environment
  • Successful in new business acquisition
  • Fluent in Polish and English. Additional language skills are considered a plus
  • Current network in Metalworking fluids / industrial cleaners
  • Knowledge of Cleaners, heat treatment and special lubrication is preferable due to product line extensions
