THE POSITION - Country Manager

To strengthen their position and to drive the growth of the company in the Netherlands, Solnet is looking for a Country Manager to work in Amsterdam. The position offers an opportunity for a passionate and entrepreneurial renewable energy enthusiast to build a successful business and drive green energy solutions forward, making Europe a cleaner and greener place to live.

As a Country Manager, you will be responsible for the management and development of the business unit in the Netherlands, growing the organization and building a strong customer base. You will actively recognize new business opportunities and drive Solnet´s solution to potential B2B-customers. As the business unit grows, you will build a team of professionals to work with you and manage the organization.



  • Management and development of the business unit and turnover  
  • B2B sales and business development
  • Growing and managing the organization in the Netherlands



For this position, we are looking for an experienced business professional with a previous background in growing and developing business units. Strong expertise in B2B-sales and a wide understanding of operational challenges for growing companies are needed to succeed in this position. You are passionate about renewable energy and have a strong drive towards working for a cleaner and greener planet. The most important factor is that you are hungry for growth and have an entrepreneurial attitude for building a successful business.

In addition, you have

  • relevant educational background
  • fluent skills in Dutch and English
  • experience in B2B sales and project management
  • experience from a managerial or team leading role
