Channel Account Manager - Frankfurt

Responsible for executing Distribution strategy and driving Distributor revenue growth within an assigned region/territory. 

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field:
  • 5+ Years of successful channel sales experience

Key Responsibilities for Channel Account Manager

  • Enable Distribution partners by coordinating sales and product training, marketing initiatives, and quarterly business reviews to meet assigned targets
  • Provides technical expertise to Distributor reps to drive sales
  • Review performance with Distribution partner base and provides guidance to drive additional growth
  • Recruit additional Distribution partners by segment and/or geography in order to achieve sales goals
  • Manage potential channel conflict with Distribution partners by establishing clear territory / account coverage
  • Forecast revenue potential for each Distribution partner and prioritize time accordingly
  • Connects Distributors with sales, TCS, and other Grace resources as required to drive sales

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Chemical Industry preferred
