Purpose - Business Development Manager (Energy Infrastructure Solutions)
Business Development Manager to develop our clients Energy Infrastructure Solution Business across the DACH region. This professional should have a very detailed understanding of the energy eco-system across the DACH region. You will also develop and execute the Business development/Sales strategies for the region.
- Develop new business for the Energy infrastructure Solutions business across the DACH region in Grid, C&I environment
- Evaluate financial feasibility of opportunities.
- Manage relationships with customers, partners, decision makers, opinion leaders, key accounts, and influencers.
- Industry analysis (market, regulations, competition, technology trends),
- Cooperate with other business lines to increase reach and upsell.
- Manage compliance and regulatory requirements for the DACH region.
- Build brand in Energy Solution segment.
- Managing the value chain including SIs and 3rd party.
- The end goal will be to generate profitable and sustainable business while building the energy infrastructure solution business.
Background and Requirements
- Bachelors / Master’s degree in Electrical or Power engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years Sales experience or at least 5+ years of experience in solution sales.
- Fluent speaking & writing in English and German.
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands-on experience and a success track record in developing energy infrastructure solution business in Grid, C&I, and residential segments
- Familiar with working in Matrix Organizations.
- Good organization, planning, analytical and presentation skills
- Strong self-initiative and ability to independently, as well as in a team
- Result driven and commitment to deliver quality.
- xAdditional European languages is an advantage.
