The Role:

We are looking for a Finnish & Swedish speaking Sales & Account Manager to promote our services as well as increase new and existing revenue streams. The Sales & Account Manager will support the business by mapping the Finnish and Swedish markets, identifying and obtain new clients 

  • Build online networks.
  • Lead Generation & Business Development.
  • Sales presentations.
  • Contract proposals & negotiation.
  • Account Management of existing clients.
  • CRM management.
  • Daily communication and support with the recruitment team.
  • Work with the Marketing team for activities such as:
    • Improving sales and commercial documents.
    • Supporting to build our company brand.
    • Targeted email campaigns.
    • Social Media Marketing & Advertising.
    •    ​Planning and representing IE at local and international Exhibitions.

​Requirements:

Fluent in Finnish | Fluent is Swedish | Fluent in English | 1 year Sales, Account Management or Business Development experience | Communication skills | Organisation skills | Results-driven | Social media experience | Ability to travel | Passionate about a sustainable future
